In our 1:1 sessions you will learn a range of methods for using writing as a tool for your own growth and transformation.

These bespoke sessions are tailored to your individual situation and needs.

My role as a mentor is to provide a structure and suggested journaling activities in response to your wishes or challenges.

Once you are familiar with these journaling techniques, you can continue to use them throughout your lifetime and apply them to any situation that arises for you.

These sessions can be fun and lighthearted, profound and transformational and everything in between. While I am gently guiding the session, the pen is in your hand and you stay in control of what is revealed on the page.

In our free 30 min introductory call, we can get to know one another and find out whether we are a good fit to work together.

Once we decide to go ahead, you will be invited to book your first session/s.

The 60 minute sessions take place via Zoom and can be booked individually or as a block of four.

I offer a sliding fee scale:

35-65 EU per session / 130-240 EU per block of 4 sessions
