A free workshop to bring new life to your journaling practice

Experience for yourself, the profound benefits of journaling for your all-round wellbeing, creativity and growth.

In this free 90 min workshop, you will be guided through a series of simple yet insightful personal writing exercises that explore how journaling might show up and support you in your life.

Whether you are a seasoned writer or are coming to this practice for the first time, you can enjoy this exploratory session.

Roshnii was thoughtful and supportive gently guiding me through each step. I found her intuitive and responsive to my questions and moments when I felt wobbly.

The journaling exercises will give you a taste of some of the techniques that you can learn in the 12 hour Journal to the Self course, which begins in January 2023.

Guidance and sharing will be in English but you are welcome to write in your native language.

My journaling session with Roshnii was such a grounding and thought provoking practice. She introduced me to a variety of different exercises that helped me let go a little more and enjoy the process of writing.
