‘My belly voice says…’

To get the most out of this prompt, take a few minutes to close your eyes, take some deep, slow breaths and tune into your belly, your womb space, your gut. Notice what sensations and emotions arise. Tune into any words, images or messages that emanate from the wisdom of your belly.

Then pick up your pen and write freely for 5 minutes, starting with the words, ‘My belly voice says…’ and see what comes without censoring or editing.
