If, like me, you are feeling a bit stiff and crunchy during this colder time of year, it might be a good moment to give your body a voice through your journal.
Use this simple prompt, ‘My body wants to say…’ to allow your body’s wisdom to speak to you on the page. Don’t censor or edit or let your rational mind get in the way, just allow the words to well up and form on the paper.
You might be surprised at the insights you reveal.
Once you have finished writing for 5 mins, take a moment to reread your words and write a short reflection about what arises in you.
